This system consists of 2 steps.

 

Read and accept the IDW Copyright Transfer Form.
Review the author and affiliation information.

Select the file names of the Proceeding Paper and abstract to submit to our server.
If your paper is selected as an oral presentation, input speaker information, audio-visual information, and author interview information.
After the file is successfully uploaded, the FINISH message will appear on the screen and you will also receive a submission confirmation e-mail.

 

 

Enter the inquiry number and the e-mail address that you entered when you submitted the technical summary. They are written in the confirmation e-mail.

Enter the number of words in your abstract for the Final Program.

If your abstract for the Final Program exceeds 50 words, it may be cut off in mid-sentence at the 50-word limit.

Is your proceeding paper 4 pages or less? Yes No

If your proceeding paper exceeds 4 pages, it will be automatically cut off at the 4-page limit in the proceedings.

Do you want to receive call for papers for the IDW '18 Special Issue of the Journal of ITE and the IEICE Transactions on Electronics? Yes No

Note: Some papers presented in IDW '18 will be recommended for submission as extended papers to the IDW '18 Special Issue of the Journal of ITE, the Journal of SID, or the IEICE Transactions on Electronics.
